Liked: Location is very quiet and maintained. Breakfast was pretty good. The staff is amazing here, they are very nice and respectful especially the front desk.

Horrible stay, would not recommend.

Liked: It was close to Burton Manor. That is where Astronomicon 7 was held.
Disliked: Water went out, never was notified. Wasn't given a refund or a chance to find other accomodations. Manager never bothered to call me or let me know about the water outage.

No water, no refund!

Liked: Location to the events we were going to be attending
Disliked: The hotel shut the water off at approximately 9 am Saturday morning due to a pipe burst. After being told all day that it would be fixed soon, as of 8:30 pm the water was still off and would not be restored until sometime Sunday at the earliest. When I asked if I could cancel my reservation, I was told that I would receive a partial refund.
