Worst place I have ever...

Liked: They have Bed Bugs, mold and it smells extremely nasty Worst staff and management I have ever came in contact with. Needs to be shut down and start over unfortunately under new management.
Disliked: Nothing

Too much bumping I don’t...

Liked: It was clean
Disliked: The room did smell good

All in all it was...

Liked: Convenient from where I needed to be. It had nice service for house keeping and continental breakfast was decent enough. The maintenance was being upgraded.
Disliked: Was charged incorrectly so was without cash on my trip. They all spoke so I understand them as to how they were trying to get resolved. Had a room with a bad toilet problem they offered to fix it but was already unpacked . Didn’t offer another room. Said I would deal with. And the pool wasn’t open , yet while other places had their pools ready. Felt like I was the only American person there . Did see one other one checking out one day before I left. Couple of bugs in the room but not roaches one was a big June bug and the other one came in because it was starting to rain it happens down here. A lot. I was told by my family I was seeing

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Need new sofa and arm chair, floor in shower was Very soft. This makes it unsafe for Handicap people

Disliked: One of the lights near the bed did not work and the bathroom need to be updated.
