Terrible Experience

Liked: Nothing. The is the absolute worst hotel i've ever stayed at. The staff are rude and the rooms are small, hot and old.
Disliked: I didnt like or appreciate How rude Linda from the front desk was when we checked in. I had paid for my booking around 8am that morning through the booking app. I called the hotel at 11am, and spoke with a man who confirmed our booking and stated we could do a early check in at 1pm. As we got closer to the hotel. I called back and thats when i spoke with a very rude and ignorant lady named Linda who told me that she couldn't see the payment, and her exact words were if we dont pay, we cant stay, told me to call booking.com and Hung the phone up in my face. To make a long story short. I called booking.com and they had to call the hotel and let them know i already paid. And throughout the entire time booking.com was speaking with the hotels manager, they kept running my card for different amounts. They tried their hardest to take another $500 payment after I had already paid in full on booking.com. I will never stay at this location again, the staff is rude, lazy and will watch the guests like were criminals. The staff really brings down the quality of that hotel, this was the worst quality inn, ive ever stayed at, and the breakfast sucks, the staff wont allow you to take your breakfast to the room, but they will allow you to bring in to go food, it's ridiculous. I wont recommend this hotel to any of my family or friends, but will encourage others to beware. The hospitality is non existent along with management, according to linda they dont have one. Never staying here again.

2 day stay with family

Liked: Friendly staff, shuttle every 30 minutes, price, closeness to the airport, breakfast, clean, quiet location, restaurants nearby.
Disliked: There was a bit of smell from the carpet, aircon was noisy. Overall, we liked our stay and would be happy to stay there again.

Liked: Not much, but the hotel was close to the airport.
Disliked: The location was horrible (prostitutes & drug addicts walking up & down the side street). The room phones were all out (not workung!) throughout the hotel, and throughout my entire stay. I did not like not having a working phone in my room and not having a direct way to contact their front desk for any emergencies, questions, services, etc.. The TV remote had a missing backing so its batteries were exposed. I had to ask the front desk clerk for an immediate replacement. The stationery bicycle in their gym had a pedal broken. It actually fell off the equipment to the floor when I tried to use it. I had to ask the hotel clerk to have it fixed so I could use it. Someone did come immediately to repair it though. My room was clean, but very dark. Only a few wall lights, and surprisingly, there was no lamp on the only desk in the room, (it looked like a desk lamp had been intentionally removed) therefore it was a very dark area. There was no grip handle to hold onto while in the bathtub/shower...the tub/shower, which mafe it very unsafe to use. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. None of the usual hot food dishes were offered i.e., scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage, etc.. They had a coffee machine, a waffle maker and batter machine, and small refrigerator with butter, boiled eggs, and yogurt; a few packages of grits that required hot water, as well as some pasteries, and a few apples. The staff were not overly welcoming either. One desk clerk staffer was actually rude to me when I inquired about changing hotels because their hotel room phones were all out and not working. The clerk immediately charged my full 4 night stay when I checked in (never said a word to me when she did that either), and later said in a condescending way that if I decided to change hotels (after I expressed concern about not having room phone service) that I would have to get my refund from the 3rd party booking supplier (bookings.com) and not them.

Disliked: l've never stayed in a hotel as awful, disgusting, and downright scary as this one. The biggest issue is the location — it's impossible to go out and buy anything. The area is full of people who appear to be high, velling at each other and wandering in circles. l've honestly never seenanything like it.Inside the hotel, the hallways reek of marijuana, and some of the guests seem shady at best. The whole place feels like a scene from a horror movie. Do not stay here — no matter how cheap it is, it's absolutely not worth it.

Disliked: Too much bad company in and out bad environment drug use

Disliked: My room had a broken window.Duvet shredded in placesNightstands were boxes w/faux drawersBreakfast was not allowed to be taken to your room…Breakfast was also one of my filters, however, being autistic, I couldn’t bring myself to sit among the other guests. It caused a great deal of anxiety.
