Liked: Never got my deposit back even though we did nothing to the property. The towels were nasty and the room smelled like old vinegar. Nobody answered after we checked in to complain
Disliked: Cleanier room and not charging extra for no reason. The website said $233 and we ended up paying $283

Liked: Room was clean. All elements in good working order. Parking was convenient.
Disliked: Toiletries were too small a quantity for a room sleeping four people. No replenishment. No housekeeping service. No lid on toilet. Only three bath towels for a room sleeping 4 people. Most important......The price paid, $250/night, was grossly above the accommodation received. No elevator, luggage had to be carried up exterior stairway, ice machine located outdoors. When I pay $250/night I expect interior doors and hallways. Without that feature, I would expect to pay less than $150/night. I BELIEVE I WAS THE VICTIM OF SURGE PRICING AND SUFFERED THE CONSEQUENCES OF HAVING TO FIND ACCOMMODATIONS WHEN THERE WAS A NCAA NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP TAKING PLACE IN THE COMMUNITY. WE WERE PRICE GOUGED.Sorry, I will not be staying here in the future.
