Liked: Very dirty bathrooms, building run down, loud people in neighbouring rooms, crappy breakfast, the location was good

Liked: All the maids and the people when you check in and out are very friendly and always willing to help you out or give you advise on where to go. The owner slash manager is a very nice guy who does a great job running the hotel.
Disliked: Not really

Liked: I had to change my reservation from friday to saturday due to a family emergency. The hotel went out of their way to accomodate me even though they did not have to. Hotel rooms are in short supply in this area at this time of year. The room was very nice

Liked: Spacious room. Quiet ambience. Close to multiple restaurants.
Disliked: The hotel layout and landscape are very dated.

Disliked: The toilet would not flush and the deadbolt on the door would not lock.

Liked: Nothing, it was a disaster from beginning till the end. Staff was rude. My booking says free breakfast included but it was not honoured because they said "the day was not indicated on when breakfast would be included" which did not make sense at all!
Disliked: Photos are deceiving. I decided to book because of the swimming pools -- there was only one and the water was murky. Our room was not clean and the curtain did not quite cover the whole window, which if someone peeked, would see our entire room
