Decent

Liked: The bed was comfortable and bedding was clean. Decent breakfast. But very limited selection.
Disliked: The floors were dirty and the closet had a horrible smell. We had to place a towel infont of the closet door to block the smell. Screws were coming off the walls in bathroom for the towel rack. Bathtub was dingy. Bathroom area really needs an update and clean look.

Liked: Location - in quiet area of town but convenient to major thorough way.
Disliked: Needs significant upgrade all around. Breakfast was pretty dismal.

Liked: The only friendly person was the lady running the breakfast area.
Disliked: If you need sleep this is not your place. We were up at 1:30 with a drunk person outside our room, coughing and making a lot of noise. Then woke up again by another person screaming and yelling for about 30 minutes at 3:30. Probably not the hotels fault, but we got no sleep.

Liked: Breakfast was very nice options.Bed was clean and room was clean.Hot tubs working.The small lounge space in the lobby section is great.
Disliked: Shady characters all over the grounds.Far building is warm and shows age on building and furniture/fixtures.Front desk people sometimes seem flustered and like they are being bothered by checking in or out.
