Liked: As soon as we walked into the room I realized there mold in the room and I had to leave I spoke to the man who checked us in and he was of no help at all I have severe allergies to mold and I could have gone into anaphylactic shock- my throat and ears
Disliked: It has mold in the rooms- my throat and ears started to close off and I had to get out of the building and use my rescue inhaler

Liked: They charge me for my room . Than till me card didnt work so I life but still charge my card .
Disliked: The let someone come to my room without my permission

Disliked: Room was extremely dirty. Toilet in the bathroom had fecal matter in it. I only stayed a few hours and left.

Liked: There was nothing great about this hotel.
Disliked: The pool was closed and hottub had caution tape, cockroaches everywhere, we had 4 tv remotes and none of them worked, staff did not care that the hotel is infested with roaches. Lightbulbs were burnt out, heat/air did not work.

Disliked: Hotel was not as advertised. Pool and fitness center were locked with padlock. No Hot Breakfast. Sheets were dirty. Toilet was not bolted to the floor and wobbled. Didn't get fixed or offered another room. Maintenance said to use the shut off valve.

Disliked: No hot breakfast, served coffee reheated from night before. Fruit was spoiled. Restroom near breakfast area was locked in the morning with no employee available to open. No employee available for check out.

Liked: The cleaning staff were great but that was about it that was good about this place! Very disappointed overall with this trip and booking with porcelain!
Disliked: First, the AC in the room didn't work. I spoke with the front desk and it seemed like he didn't care too much about my issue. I then informed him that the TV didn't work as well and yet still nothing was done.

Liked: Nothing it was horrible
Disliked: Room was nasty everything was broke it had a horrible smell the mattress was dirty they look like they have bed bugs worst experience ever

Liked: Convenient location, affordable.
Disliked: Many things in disrepair. Doors that do not close, stained carpet, drapes falling off and do not close properly, damaged furniture and woodwork throughout. Very poor continental breakfast with no coffee made.
