Disappointing

Liked: Location and the staff was nice.
Disliked: Dirty room. Toilet was wobbly and broken. Telephone plug was hanging out of the wall with the wires hanging out. No drawer space but the 3 drawers we did have were filthy. Carpets had food crumbs everywhere. Also, being 2 beds means there's more than 1 person staying, there as 1 towel. 1 washcloth.

Disliked: No pool, no hot tub though it was advertised, terrible beds and uncomfortable bedrooms

It WAS HORRIBLE! A TOTAL...

Liked: It was close to our venue.
Disliked: When I first arrived I was given a room with a broken bed. Made the staff aware and my room was moved which was fine. When we got to the new room around 3am my daughter awakes screaming saying it was a bug in the bed with her. I got up and looked and for sure the room was infested with bed bugs in which I have pictures of. I contacted front desk they stated management would not be there until the morning. The staff did move my room again. After that incident I felt very uncomfortable staying. In the morning I went to management for a full refund and he only offered 50 percent off I did state that I will be reporting them as well in which I will be as up Tuesday morning.
