Liked: The bed is always comfortable and the front desk attendee was very helpful. The housekeeping staff are just as friendly and helpful. When I need fresh towel or supplies, they are quick getting me whatever I asked for.
Disliked: My room smelled stale. Not necessarily like smoke just stale. I did turn the air on to circulate the air, but it still smelled that way. I brought fabric febreeze and that helped. Also, I wish the would work on that road leading closer to the entrance of the parking lot. It might be the city's responsibility but it definitely needs work.

Liked: Did not eat breakfast
Disliked: There were long hairs in tub and water did not drain. My husband is bald and I did not use the shower as the front desk agent insinuated. The ceiling light in bathroom did not have a cover, just the bare bulb. No apologies when I told front desk at check out. I was not given reward/ loyalty points. Overall, staff including housekeeping, was not friendly and were on their cell phones standing in hallways many times.

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Pillows were nice but could be full size. Close to places to eat breakfast.
Disliked: Continental breakfast wasn't much at all like most places. Pillows were nice but could be bigger. Like were the size of a throw pillow. Actually the place was right next to the highway. So a little noisy.
