Liked: The location was convenient for where I needed to go.
Disliked: The breakfast is not worth getting up for in the morning, the area didn’t make me feel safe, too much activity on property with homeless people. Seen roaches in my room.

Liked: recently updated room with high quality flooring and bath tile Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Many of the other quests were gathering in the parking area smoking some smoking non tobacco products with a strong odorBedding had burn marks from past guests I will seek a totally non smoking hotel next time.

Beautiful Pool

Liked: Jim, who worked the front desk, was very polite, informative and got us on our way quickly. Very upbeat personality and attitude. The pool was beautiful and refreshing. Room kind of had a smell but otherwise was pretty clean.

Can I stay again???

You oughta be ashamed

Disliked: In the bathroom there are exposed wires hanging from the open ceiling tile-inches away from the shower/ shower head, I rebooked the room and made sure we were checked in. I leave for work and an hour later an employee walked into my room while my mother was half naked. Since he has a key and can go into any room he pleases. He didn’t knock, didn’t say anything, he didn’t apologize, he literally just stood there and stared at her. She had to TELL HIM to leave. This is while there is a serial attacker in the city; down the street. Completely tone deaf. My mother told the desk receptionist and got a “sorry”. If she was not there and he thought we left our stuff after check out, since apparently he thought we were checked out, would he have moved it? Of course after this, my mother hears him and a manager screaming at each other outside our door for half an hour. As if they don’t work in a hotel WITH ROOMS TO HAVE SAID CONVERSATION. If there was an undressed child or someone having sex, or if someone got electrocuted or started a fire from the wires while taking a shower; you’d bet there be a lawsuit. Windows don’t open; they’re nailed shut. The phones either don’t work at all or barely work so the caller can’t hear you. Their vending machine is in the hallway, but bakes in the sun all morning and all day and all evening; so the candy is completely melted- and people wonder where microplastics come from- this is how. Called corporate and got hung up on. They have my number; could’ve just called back. PLEASE be careful. Be mindful when taking anyone here that there is no security, use every lock they have, and you can’t eat the continental breakfast in your room, you have to consume everything in the cafe. No coffee or snacks back to your room, I’ve heard clients have gotten yelled at for it.

Super Soft

Liked: Well kept and large, high ceilinged room. Sheets were super soft and mattress toppers generously cushioned. Good A/C. Fam stayed at Hilton Doubletree 4 nights prior (for 3X price/night) and wow what a contrast. We will definitely stay here again.
