Good hotel. Clearly it has been updated. Comfortable and clean accommodations. Not luxurious but I spent most of my time at a meeting. So 3.8 out of five stars for me.
Liked: Very clean and the A/C worked well. It felt safe.
Disliked: The toilet seat is broken and needs replacing. The phone charger on the night stand doesn’t work. You might consider not allowing semi trucks to use the parking lots near rooms. The reefer units make a lot of noise cycling on and off.

Cheap but you get what...
Liked: The staff was nice and the location to other things was decent.
Disliked: The room was gross. I feel bad saying it but it was not clean. What the pictures showed and what actually was, was not it. I felt catfished. The pool area was like a sauna and the chlorine smell was so intense. The it was burning my eyes, and I was sitting outside the pool.

Great Hotel, Great Staff!
Liked: Everything about our stay here was terrific. Our room was very large, clean, and well kept. The staff were always friendly, the breakfast was great, and we were close to almost everything we wanted to do in Moab.
Disliked: N/A - There was nothing bad at all about staying here.

unsatisfactory
Liked: The bed was clean and comfortable. First, there was an argument at check-in because I wanted first floor. I can't climb stairs and I have a dog, only the first floor is acceptable. I put that in my booking request and called the day of to confirm first floor. When I called I was told at first that no first floor was available, then that it would cost more for first floor. Second, when I checked in I went through the same issues, nothing available on the first floor until I insisted. Then, suddenly a handicap access room was available. Third, The carpet was not only worn and fraying, it was filthy. You could see the dirt and stains, the outlets on the desk lamp did not work, there were issues with the "free" WIFI and the room had no washcloths. When I complained at checkout(I had to ask for a receipt) I was told it was my fault for not calling the night before. This is not my first stay at this property and the carpets are ALWAYS dirty and the outlets did not work last time either. I complained at that time and was told they were in the process of renovating. How is it MY fault that the room is not ready for occupancy? Apparently the problem with the WIFI is that the first screen you see, asks for your name and room number, You are supposed to skip this and continue to look for the screen where all you have to do is put in the password. Why doesn't the clerk tell you that at check-in? Why wait until you complain, then get blamed for not asking how to get to that screen? Overall I would not recommend this property and it is unlikely I will stay here again.
