Good hotel. Clearly it has been updated. Comfortable and clean accommodations. Not luxurious but I spent most of my time at a meeting. So 3.8 out of five stars for me.
Liked: Very clean and the A/C worked well. It felt safe.
Disliked: The toilet seat is broken and needs replacing. The phone charger on the night stand doesn’t work. You might consider not allowing semi trucks to use the parking lots near rooms. The reefer units make a lot of noise cycling on and off.

Comfortable bed, breakfast and plus!
Liked: The environment was welcoming. I had previous left another property due to how bad it was there. Quality Inn made me feel alot better and they had cleaner room I was more then comfortable with.
Disliked: Phone in the room was inoperable.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Do Not Recommend. One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.Day 1:I booked a room through Booking.com and paid right away. While entering my card info, an error occurred, so I entered it again. As a result, two rooms were booked. At check-in, I immediately told the front desk that I only booked one room. They gave me a key for just one. I called Booking support right away — they sent a refund request to the hotel, but the hotel never approved it. First, staff said they didn’t receive the email, then claimed the manager wasn’t available. In the end, I was charged $88 for nothing.Day 2:Unfortunately, I had to stay at this awful hotel again. I asked about the refund and was met with rudeness at the front desk. They refused to refund, claiming I booked after 4 PM (even though they delayed the response and never offered the second room).– There were no towels in the room. I called the front desk and was rudely told to come down myself.– In the morning, I tried to make coffee in the room, but the plastic cup’s packaging was damaged, and the cups smelled like soap.Day 3:I had to stay another night due to personal reasons. In the morning, I thought I had successfully extended the stay, but at 3 PM, the front desk called saying the room hadn’t been extended. I had to go downstairs again and pay a second time. This time, there was a kind woman at the desk. I saw a cleaner in the hallway and asked for the room to be cleaned and towels replaced — but no one ever showed up.Overall Impression:– Rude and untrained staff– Room was dirty: stained carpet and sofa, and there was a weird door in the wall propped up by the same dirty sofa– Pool area was filthy, and the chlorine smell was so strong it burned my eyesI paid $420 for 3 nights — absolutely not worth it. You're better off staying at a Hampton Inn. It has two more stars and staff who actually know what they’re doing.
