Quality Inn & Suites Albuquerque West

Good hotel. Clearly it has been updated. Comfortable and clean accommodations. Not luxurious but I spent most of my time at a meeting. So 3.8 out of five stars for me.

Liked: Very clean and the A/C worked well. It felt safe.
Disliked: The toilet seat is broken and needs replacing. The phone charger on the night stand doesn’t work. You might consider not allowing semi trucks to use the parking lots near rooms. The reefer units make a lot of noise cycling on and off.

Disliked: Hate to say it but I can't think of a reason to come to Albuquerque other than business. This hotel did a lot with what they have!

Liked: I rented it online and I got there and was told that he was told not to rent to anyone from Albuquerque. Because we leave the rooms dirty. I never leave my room a mess.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: Spider webs through out the room. Ice maker was inoperable. Restroom needs makeover.

I really hate being lied...

Liked: The room was in good physical shape and the bed was an 7-8.
Disliked: The room had a very squeaky desk chair. When I called the front desk to ask for a different one, I was told the rooms were sold out, so they didn't have another one. I walked down to the office and asked if they had any rooms and was told they did. I again asked for a desk chair and was told the empty rooms may not have one. I told him they definitely would. Unsurprisingly, the first one he checked did in fact have one. The bathtub did not have a non-slip mat, which was fortunate, I guess, because the cockroach found it slick too... Obviously, this hotel would not be where I would choose to stay again.
