Not great

Liked: We have stayed there quite a few times, but have noticed it is getting worse, will have to find another place to stay when in Albany.
Disliked: Refrigerator latch was brokeen, unplugged it was really hot, curtain sheers we've shredded, bathroom sink drain was 99% plugged, had to shave in bathtub, towel holder on bathroom door was barely hanging on, every time that we tried to get hot water for tea was warm including the breakfast room. This was a 3 day stay, we have stayed there quite a few times before and have noticed it keeps getting worse.

Liked: Well, not really much to tell. It was an overnighter for work. It was comfortable enough for a good nights rest. It seemed secure, I didn't experience any problems.
Disliked: The problem was attention to detail. They placed me in a NON SMOKING room that had recently been smoked in. In fact I can't believe that this was a one time event. I think they routinely smoke in these rooms. The smell was in the curtains, bedspread and bedding. Yuck.The door had a serios gap at the bottom, maybe up to 1/2 inch. I had to us two bath towels to block out the light so that I could get to sleep.The room seemed to be too small for a king size bed. So it was tight. The furniture was well used with numerous nicks and cuts. So, for the price I paid, I felt I should have gotten a better room. The front desk attendant was cordial, she did offer me a different room, but I turned it down. I just didn't want to change to another.

Disliked: Tiny room, spa not working, generally old property. Major price gouging for graduation weekend
