Disliked: A friends truck was broken into

The roaches felt more welcome...

Liked: The location has a lot of restaurants and retail stores nearby.
Disliked: This is NOT a 7.0 or 8.0 facility. More like 5.5 or 6.0. First of all Bookings indicates you will be charged a $250 deposit on check in. This is not correct. Instead I received a call about three hours before check in asking did I intend to keep my reservation. I said yes but thought check in was not until 3:00p.m. I was told it is and if I tried to check in early I would be charged "an early check in fee." I advised I would keep my regular check in and two minutes after I hung up my credit card was charged for the entire stay. When I checked in three hours later my credit card was "charged again" for the entire stay. These charges stayed on for about three days after I left so be warned if you have a low limit card this facility will charge you twice and credit one back days after you check out. The staff were very "stand offish." Not rude but you certainly felt they didn't care if they got your business or not. This showed when I checked into my room and while the room was clean, but dated, the linen on the bed had old stains that never came out in the wash. It also appeared wrinkled as if it was simply "made up" between guests and not replaced. Worst still however when I woke up the next morning a "very large" roach or two was running around the room. I couldn't tell if it was one roach or two as it moved between the bathroom and then out into the main room. I had no desire to try and kill it as I didn't want to ruin my shoe - it was that big. Seeing the state of the linen and the roach I didn't even try the breakfast and checked out as early as my schedule allowed. As for the location it appears decent but the hotel is set back almost behind an office building and it appeared there were people hanging out in cars in the parking lot.
