Disliked: Roaches, and the desk attendant made my 21and 16 feel very uncomfortable in the pool area

Disliked: Breakfast was only 1 yogurt and cereal. Waffle maker was not working for guest in front of us, causing it to burn, nothing really there to eat and staff didn't come to check to see if they could help. Just sat on phone.

Liked: Front desk staff was super sweet, professional and attentive. Check in was efficient.
Disliked: Pool left lots to be desired. Barely any sunshine from above. Not much patio furniture for our larger family. We only booked for our kids to be able to swim - we planned to allow a “last swim” before checkout but were informed the pool would open late due to the number of people on the pool the previous day. The facilities also have no elevator…with a large family including a toddler and infant this was a little frustrating to navigate!
