Did not stay - I...
Disliked: When I arrived, the hotel claimed they hadn’t received my Booking.com payment (I prepaid three hours earlier) and placed an authorization hold on my credit card — which I agreed to under the circumstances. However, they refused to contact Booking.com themselves and told me to pursue it on my own, offering no assurance I wouldn't be charged twice. During the discussion, the front desk agent condescendingly called me "dear" and criticized me for booking online rather than directly through them. I pointed out that if they don’t want guests to use Booking.com, they shouldn’t offer their rooms there. Overall, very poor customer service.

Met our needs but overpriced...
Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful when asked a few questions. The location is just outside of town, but easily you can walk to the lake on residential streets.
Disliked: There is a big price hike on weekend nights and I didn't feel this hotel was worth what they were asking. Some of the furniture in our room was looking a bit rough.

Liked: The breakfast was acceptable The staff were attentive to replenishing the hot products when needed I forgot my medication when we checked out and I was very grateful to get it back
Disliked: The air conditioning came on too often during the night which made the room a little too cold
