Liked: Location.
Disliked: Perhaps a smart TV. I couldn't connect my Netflix from my device. The lock to the door was not functional. It wasn't a big deal but I felt a little uneasy.

Disliked: When I arrived, the hotel claimed they hadn’t received my Booking.com payment (I prepaid three hours earlier) and placed an authorization hold on my credit card — which I agreed to under the circumstances. However, they refused to contact Booking.com themselves and told me to pursue it on my own, offering no assurance I wouldn't be charged twice. During the discussion, the front desk agent condescendingly called me "dear" and criticized me for booking online rather than directly through them. I pointed out that if they don’t want guests to use Booking.com, they shouldn’t offer their rooms there. Overall, very poor customer service.
