Decent breakfast, location is ok.

Liked: Decent breakfast.
Disliked: When they mean check in as at 3, they mean it. We arrived at 2:50 and we're sternly let known that check in was 3. They were just following the rules, but many other chains allow a little wiggle room.

If I come back to...

Liked: The breakfast was great; perfect way to start the day. The pool/hot tub hours were longer than most hotels I've stayed in. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The location wasn't the easiest to get to. There was a side entrance that would have been more convenient and less hectic, but it was chained shut.
