Disappointing.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable. There was no comfortable chair to sit in.

My stay at Quality
Liked: They have the best beds ever. I sleep so good. Kelly and the other white lady that works the desk are good especially Kelly she's wonderful. Always went out of her way to help me. Now when it comes to the man who owns it not very nice and his wife very unpleasant women not very nice people.
Disliked: The owners not very nice people. Very unkind and she thinks she better then others but she not.

Liked: The staff was helpful.
Disliked: When we arrived and entered the lobby, there was water and ice on the floor. I should add, that my husband is on crutches due to a recent surgery which included replacing his knee and femur. There was a female present with two children, who she was shouting at the entire time we were trying to speak with the receptionist. When we entered our room (311) that we were given the first time it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but there was a very strong odor in the room. I went to the front desk and mentioned about the smell. She was very helpful and said that she would get us another room immediately. We stepped away to grab a bite to eat and came back, and the other room was ready. Upon entering that room (309), there was a strong smell in that room- almost as if someone was actually living there. The pillow that was placed on one of the beds was used. We did not bother asking for another room because we were just tired of from our long drive and had an early morning the next day. My train of thought was, I will just reach out and let someone know after our trip. For the amount we paid I was expecting a better stay. We even left before check out the next day because we were over. I would like if someone would provide even a credit on Booking for another stay or something equivalent.
