Exceptional

Great stay, as usual.

Liked: The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. What we always get when we stay here.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was lovely.

Liked: Staff was very friendly. Check in was fast and easy, our room was ready when we arrived at 3. Hotel was extremely clean and quiet. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Pool on the cold side and Hot tub not working.

Exceptional

Liked: Friendly check-in staff; microwave and mini fridge in room; free parking and WiFi.
Disliked: Room dimly lit; heating unit very loud so choice between being cold and having it come off and on very loudly while sleeping. Very disappointed that the hot tub was out of service as that was one of the amenities I was searching for.

Liked: The “lodge” look throughout was great!! The manager was great to work with and made sure we did not have any needs that were unmet.
Disliked: The pool did not work, it was 60 something degrees.

Liked: The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and quiet. Great location away from the traffic.

Liked: Location & price .
Disliked: The carpet was dirty & gave the room a bad smell. The breakfast area chairs were stained and dirty !

Liked: Nice, clean hotel. Good breakfast.
