very frustrating and disappointing!

Liked: the location was good. Price was reasonable comparatively.
Disliked: staff wasn’t very friendly. paid for 2 queen bed room and was only 2 double beds in room. no handicap accessible rooms with 2 beds and couldn’t even fit wheelchair through restroom door or between beds and desk. toilet was literally a only a foot off ground, very small and couldn’t close door while on toilet unless you are a kid or very very small person and what disabled or handicapped person is going to be traveling alone, and only need one bed. But to top it all off after all of that, there were roaches. I’m sorry but I’m the scheme of things, I will pay the extra money next time instead of staying at this specific Quality in which bothers me because I’ve always had great experiences at Quality inn hotels.

Disliked: Breakfast window was small, limited options, and once something was gone that was it. They didn’t make more or refill liquid.Pool wasn’t open late enough.

Liked: That the representative was able to give us a joint room. I liked that the rooms had a refrigerator and microwave.
Disliked: The pool area was dirty there was a patch of hair on a table. There was stuff floating in the pool and on the floor of the pool and the hot tub. The desk in my room was sticky.
