Liked: The location is great! It was a quick trip to most places being 20 minutes or less.
Disliked: I didn't like that I was surprised with a security deposit. It was not listed online or while booking. I understand that the rooms are basically under construction, but as a guest, I should get a room that is not up to par and have to request another room. I am paying my money, at least give me a options to have some something that is a little less than satisfactory and not just give it to me. My sheets where stained with what looked like orange spots that where at least 10" in diameter. Toilet paper in the peep hole, exposed fiber glass products, questionable outlets, frig not working correctly. It was not cooling anything that was put in it and the freezer portion was frozen over and taking longer to chill anything because it needed to be defrosted. Towel holder very loose. Exposed and unknown outlet.I thought that the breakfast ended to early for me. I spent my time in the area swimming all day and I didn't want to have to get up early to have what they offered which was limited any way to drinks and waffles. I ordered in. There was work being done early one morning so it was a little hard to sleep in when it sounded like someone was going to come through my wall.

Liked: Hotel 100% worth the money!Location. 13 minutes by car to a stunning beach Lido key! Convenient transportation.Check-in. Very unusual) Check-in is done through a remote administrator system. Everything is very simple, clear, safe. Managers are in touch 24 hours a day! Thanks to the assistant Nick and Peter!Room. Ordinary, nothing special at first glance. But! Bathroom after renovation! Everything is clean! There is shampoo, lotion, soap. No foreign odors in the room! The refrigerator and microwave are very clean! Very comfortable beds and pillows! Very!Breakfast. Excellent! There is everything you need, everything is beautiful, clean. The employee constantly monitors the availability of food on the tables, brings food. Delicious coffee, yogurts.Our family thanks the hotel administration for the service, quality and cleanliness!
