Pleasant

Liked: Location was good. Noisy neighborhood. It was saturday night,so people were enjoying the nightlife. Sound echoes downtown. Front desk was helpful and polite. Bed was comfortable.

It was not bad, but...

Liked: Customer service was excellent! Both day and evening shift employees were friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure my check in/out went smoothly.
Disliked: The room seemed dingy and the pictures online looked a lot better than in person. The room was dark and it just seemed like a hotel that wasn't worth the cost. I guess the cost is due to the proximity to the convention center.

Liked: The room was Very Clean location was very close to the Event we attended and Lot's of Places to eat was walking distance.
Disliked: I didn't like the parking spaces.
