Disappointing

Liked: Stayed from Friday to Tuesday. Elevator didn’t work From Friday to Monday. Iron wasn’t working. We asked for replacement. Staff said they don’t have any until Maintenance comes.
Disliked: Same as above

I will not be staying...

Liked: The room was a good size.
Disliked: The breakfast was not worth eating. Microwave food. No fresh eggs. Frozen burritos. No fresh fruit available through breakfast times. Had to ask for cleaning towels more than once. Not enough handicap rooms. I asked for one when I registered through Booking.com and didn't get what I needed for the elders friends I took with me. They were unable to get into the shower. The couch had knife holes in it. And the chairs were old and shredded.
