Room had a distinctive odor. One of the two keys did not work. Both faucets, tub and sink, dripped (the noise was minimal but quite annoying). The mini-fridge was quite noisy as well - ultimately had to unplug it. There were flying insects in the room. Despite the room issues, everyone that I encountered on staff was very friendly and the breakfast wasn't bad at all. I guess for what I paid, it was decent enough but lots of minor issues made the stay disappointing. If you stay there, maybe just avoid room 102.

The hotel was nice but the early check in fee was a huge low point. My wife and I came in from out of town for this concert and called ahead to see if we could check in early because we were in the area early and we were told no problem. When we arrived we were met with a 30 dollar fee. I have stayed at Quality Inns before and have never been charged a fee.

Disliked: Early check in fee after we were told we could check in early and weren't told about the fee until we were there.

Liked: Great location close to our event.
Disliked: The lobby was nice but but the room smelled stale and a little gross.When I attempted to open the window for fresh air it fell out and hit me in the head.

Relaxing and comfortable

Liked: It was very clean and quiet. The room temperature was very comfortable. Staff was very helpful.

Liked: the hotel was very clean and comfortable we absolutely loved our room in beds and were unhappy we had to leave becuase issues with kids because facilities at the hotel werent as we thought they would be
Disliked: we used booking.com to find this hotel and we were using a pool filter. i came down for work and brought my the family . it was my daughters 15th birthday . we promised the kdis the pool for coming along on the work trip. needless to say there was no pool as advertised on their website and it was on booking bc i used the filter to find the hotel . also if you just google the hotel the pool is on it . i wouldnt have drug my family 2 hrs away from home to stay in a hotel with no pool after i promised my kids . they were so upset we went back to chattanooga. i talked to the manager to ask for a partial refund and was told no bc she said there was no way anywhere online it said there was a pool. . there is absolutely places online that say that . she made me feel like she was talking down to me . we checked out they still got to rent the room to others and we werer left having to find another hotel. i was just embarassed and upset . i didn't ask for a refund for the night we stayed .just for the one we left. my daughters birthday was pretty much ruined .
