Liked: Location; helpful and efficient staff.

No WIFI in room - tech was not able to fix the problem. Keypad on door closest to our room did not work. Hallways were dirty. Our room had cobwebs on the wall. Desk lamp was missing a light bulb. I did not feel safe in this area of Harrisburg. Would not stay here again. Price was also very high for what we got. Rooms also had a smell of mold.

Liked: The bed was nice and the AC worked well.
Disliked: When I arrived, I was informed that parking was an extra fee and breakfast was NOT included as the booking noted it would be. The hotel did not look as good as what was online. There was no coffee pot in the room, the mirror was broken and in the closet instead of on the wall, the secondary door lock was not attached securely, the outlet in the bathroom didn't work and there was no hair dryer, wall paper was peeling and there were damaged to the ceiling from previous water damage. The hallways to my room were hot and there was a bad odor, but thankfully that didn't impact my room.

Disliked: Ad says that the hotel has free breakfast and free parking, but it does not. It also says that the hotel is smoke free, but the lobby smells like cigarettes, and the room is even worse. The chair in the room even had cigarette burns. Room walls were dirty, with a lot of dust in the ceiling coming from the air conditioning.Staff at check in was rude and impatient with questions about breakfast, when I tried to show my reservation said it included breakfast - which I received directly from the hotel, not from a third party.

Liked: Worst ever. Not much food and next to no choices.
Disliked: Everything. Staff attitud was very poor, food not good. Had to go out to breakfast. Price was outrageous and refused to give up price quoted on internet or senior discount. Tv did not work and refused to discount bill.

Liked: For a quick 1 night for cheap was fine but I wouldn’t stay there longer due to lack of cleanliness. The building is great and location was easy to get to.
Disliked: The bath had lots of mold on it. Definitely needs to be cleaned with bleach. Also the faucet handle kept coming off.
