No WIFI in room - tech was not able to fix the problem. Keypad on door closest to our room did not work. Hallways were dirty. Our room had cobwebs on the wall. Desk lamp was missing a light bulb. I did not feel safe in this area of Harrisburg. Would not stay here again. Price was also very high for what we got. Rooms also had a smell of mold.

Liked: Easy parking
Disliked: Charged for parking, lack of liquid cream for coffee, double toilet paper holder missing one of the roll holders along the one roll near the end, tv controller didn't function properly, in general the place is run down.

No longer a pleasant hotel
Liked: Didn't eat breakfast. Room was clean but it needs to be upgraded
Disliked: This hotel is run down. Carpets need to be changed. It smells of mold and puss in the hallways. I understand they are also housing homeless people and the police was there when I pulled up. They also charged for parking when they should just give you a parking pass especially when you are a paying customer.

Disliked: Everything seemed dirty and not maintained. The bathroom door didn't even close. Having to pay extra for parking is crazy. The curtains don't close which is an issue especially on the ground floor

Liked: Breakfast was less then other similar brand hotels. The location was very peaceful .
