No WIFI in room - tech was not able to fix the problem. Keypad on door closest to our room did not work. Hallways were dirty. Our room had cobwebs on the wall. Desk lamp was missing a light bulb. I did not feel safe in this area of Harrisburg. Would not stay here again. Price was also very high for what we got. Rooms also had a smell of mold.

Liked: Location is a plus,and unfortunately that's the only plus
Disliked: Water drainage in bathtub( standing water) up to the ankles. But worse than that I got bitten by bed bugs.

Disliked: I am requesting that you take all of the holds off of my account and not charge me for the stay at Quality Inn on Friday under Michaelson, June 14, 2024. My family arrived at 7:30 for our reservation, it took Anita 15 minutes to find a room and we were told we were UPGRADED to a suit. There were not keys to get us in the room so she had to use some gadget to get us in the room. There was no mirror in the bathroom, not latch on the safety lock, no fire alarm, no blinds, stains on the sheets and food splattered all over the doors and walls and no trash cans. We left the room and came back around 10:00 where were given a key. I called down to the front desk to express my concerns about the blinds and the younger receptionist told me she was going to come up in 10-15 minutes to check it out. She never came. At 11:00 a gentleman walked into my room without knocking. He said he was the manager, which I later find out that he is just an employee. I have reached out to a lawyer on this situation. THERE IS NO REASON ANYONE SHOULD JUST WALK INTO A ROOM. No one in my room slept at all because of the this, and the fact there was no lock on the door to prevent it from happening again. I woke up, only to find 7 pending transactions on my account. There is a hold on my account for over $800. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. The notes in the system said we checked out. We never even brought that up, nor were we offered a new room. I will not even bring up the weed smell in the hallways of the hotel. I will also be reporting this incident to your head quarters and anywhere else that I can.

Won't stay here again.

Liked: Location was ok. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The rooms needed to be renovated. The faucet was coming out of the wall in the bathtub. The beds needed new sheets and comforters. They had small holes in them. Found a flying ant in the roomPool was not openWe didn't eat the breakfast, went elsewhere

I honestly would never stay...

Liked: I didn't want to get breakfast there after experiencing poor cleaines I dint trust the food would be of my liking.
Disliked: The room it was dirty the walls, the curtains, the carpet there were blood stains on the walls and floor their was a lot of dust on the furniture behind the T.V.. The shower head was leaking water when taking a shower on the wall on to the floor. My door knob was loose. I honestly didn't feel safe. The carpet was sticky. I never got the crib I asked for. There were dead bugs in the bathroom sink. There were dents on the wall and mirror in the room and the pillows and sheets had a nasty smell. The reviews lied I would never stay here ever again.
