Liked: Breakfast was your standard set up. Olny issue was the waffle iron time was too short a waffles weren't done.

Disappointing experience

Liked: Location.
Disliked: The unfriendliness of the clerk upon checkin. We had a golden retriever with us and he acted like we had a pony. The excessive pet fee was ridiculous. They charged us $75. We just had rooms in FL, NC, and WI in February and NOT ONE facility charges more than $25 per night for a pet. They claim it is “industry standard” but we have not found that not true. ( we pay $15 in a lovely lodge in Door County for our dog, and they provide dog treats, a tennis ball, etc) And we felt welcome!! We will never use Quality Inn again, even when we travel without our dog. It ended up costing us over $200-we have had much nicer accommodations with our dog for less money.

Liked: Easy off/on highway and near many places to get something to eat and get gas plus it’s close to Buc cee’s.

Disliked: Small beds, not cozy. Very strong bleach smell.Peeling in the bathtub. Thought the pool was inside, it was outside.Breakfast had super runny eggs. Left a note for a crib in room, arrived at midnight and they didn’t have a crib on the property, would have liked to cancel but it was middle of the night and we had to transfer kids so we dealt with it.

Liked: Clean, staff pleasant and check in was smooth. I’m not comfortable in any bed but mine, but it was okay. There wasn’t anything you could change
