Absolutely perfect. Beds were so...

Liked: Everything was so clean and smelled so good. And the beds are absolutely the most comfortable beds ever.
Disliked: I liked everything it’s nothing I didn’t dislike.

If staying in that area...

Liked: It is imposible to get a better place to stay for the price!!! We have stayed in alot worse places for more money.This holel has style and a lot of character, tall ceilings, masives fireplaces. Just looking at the outside tells the story, looks just as nice inside which is rare.In it's day it had to be the BEST!!If it had updated bathroom and carpet it would bring it back to it glory!! Nothing wrong with neither everything worked as it should. If in the area again I would stay there no questions, it's my go to hotel. Remember JESUS FIRST.
Disliked: Any negative at all, which I was disappointed would be the breakfast, could have been more to offer but the dinning room again was great with the second masives fireplace.

Disliked: No one answers the phone.No one is at the front desk for extended periods of times.They work multiple systems for two different hotels and cannot manage it well.Need better training for staff

Spacious room

Liked: Very spacious room and comfortable bed. We really enjoyed the stepin sliding glass door shower.
Disliked: While the bed was comfortable it squeaked every time we moved. Appeared to have some type of metal frame under the mattress??

Disliked: Our room was not so clean , carpet was wet and couldn’t figure out the smell . Tv didn’t work , and when we asked for any kind of help , we were told by night clerk that we had to invite him to our room !!What kind of person is this !!

Liked: The girl on duty. She was great
Disliked: No water pressure...no maid service, and a party next to my room til 4am. My bathroom had several long hairs on the tub and sink. And I did not receive clean towels or sheets after day 1...what is that?

Hotel was pretty nice for...

Liked: The hot tub/pool. Free wifi.. hard to access the initial time. Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean & safe. Night shift female desk worker was great.
Disliked: Wifi was difficult to access initially. Once I was connected, it was great.
