Quality Inn Prescott

Ended up with a handicap room that smelled horrible. Checked out after the event. Same day. The receptionist didn't ask us if there was a problem. You would think if someone doesn't stay in a room they would want to know why, or offer a refund. Not that guy.

Liked: My friends came by for husbands memorial, they loved your room, however I'm the one who bought room for them, I'd if I got my $150.00 deposit back.... Did i?
Disliked: Not fair with your upfront deposit fee of $150.00. Especially when money us tight.
