Good value for the price.

Liked: Nice stay. 201 has bumpy mattress pad, too tired to care. Everything was as expected with a better than average breakfast.

Disappointing

Disliked: bathroom was dirty.

Overpriced for condition of hotel

Liked: Front desk staff (Chloe) was friendly, responsive, and helpful.
Disliked: Our bed sheets and pillow cases hadn't been washed. When we called the front desk to ask for a clean set, Chloe quickly showed up at our door with clean sheets and helped us make the bed. Also, our door latch was broken and should be replaced (Room 201). We paid close to $200 for our last-minute reservation, so we expected more.

Liked: nice staff, quiet.
Disliked: sheets/pillow covers had stains, door had no strike plate so the door was basically wide open to anyone, without the secondary door lock. a flathead screwdriver would open the door lol

Disliked: No shampoo in bathroom when arrived, cleaning lady was extremely friendly though

Likes and dislikes

Liked: Breakfast was good. The eggs were great. Milk was good . Yogurt was good. I enjoyed the shower in my room the water pressure was perfect.
Disliked: The hairdryer fell apart while I was using it. It started slinging parts and sparking. The chair beside the bed was filthy. It needed a new cover over it. The bed was rock hard and I didn't sleep very good. Also, the mini fridge in my room didn't work.
