Liked: The location is very convenient, and the service was unique. A decent breakfast: toast, juice, waffles, butter, and cereal. The staff was very attentive to your needs, very decent. The pool was very private with a fence that protects visibility from the outside. There's a restaurant in the same plaza, a gas station, and Burger King. From the moment we arrived, they treated us very kindly, and when we left, the owners bid us farewell with much love and a special smile. The lady who served us at breakfast was very attentive. Thanks to the entire team. We'll see you again soon.

I felt like I was...

Liked: The elevator worked in the hallway it was cooler than my room.
Disliked: I did not appreciate checking in and being told that my pet was not welcome because it was a cat. There was nothing on quality Inn‘s website when I reserved this reservation three months prior to arriving. They made me sign a contract before they would even let me go into a room, it took 45 minutes to check-in even though I had paid for in full with PayPal. The first room they gave us room 108 my cat spotted A German roach walking underneath the door coming into the room. They didn’t want to fumigate the room while we were in there I said no way that with my pet in there. They finally decided to move us to an upstairs room. We had to pack up both mine and my child’s belongings to move everything to the second floor room. Then the next day I was locked out of my room. The following day we are locked out of the building had to go around to get into the front. Then on check out the manager treated us like we were criminal told us that we could not go with her while she inspected the room to make sure that my cat did not leave any litter on the floor or a smell in the room. My cat is fixed, Plus I use pretty litter so it doesn’t leave any smell I know this for a fact considering that I travel with her in an RV. I did not feel that it was fair that she could go in my room by herself and inspected without me standing there. This manager was insensitive, unkind, and rude. I have stayed at many quality Inn Hotel‘s and I have never been treated so ugly as I have at this quality Inn by the manager and her staff. Other guest could here what was happening they all agreed that the cat was cleaner than half of the dogs that were staying there cause they could smell the dogs. Quality inn is supposed to be pet friendly there’s nothing that says anything about dog versus cat. The hotel worker said it’s because dogs go outside and cats go inside in the litter box. This is no excuse to treat me the way they did when the cost to stay there was about $800.

Sweet and Sour

Liked: Location and the attention of the cleaning staff, attentive and available for any need.
Disliked: We had a personal situation, which meant we had to travel to Tampa. We requested to cancel our stay, but they refused, which complicated our trip and caused us more expense.The sheets were stained and dirty, but at least when we asked the cleaning staff for a clean one, they brought us a clean one. The hotel requires improvements and greater cleaning.

Liked: Nothing. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here the pictures on the site is not even the same as when you get to the hotel ill never go back again.
Disliked: Everything.
