Disliked: The old lady in the breakfast room is kinda rude. Every time you are getting something treating you like a kid. And she’s looking and following of what you are getting.

Disliked: I was given a printed copy of my invoice when requested during my stay 2 weeks ago.When I requested a printed copy last week I was told that I received an emailed invoice through Booking.com.This was true. The only problem is that on Booking.com's invoice it states that their invoice cannot be used for tax purposes.It says that the only invoice acceptable for tax purposes is one issued by the hotel (quality inn).
