Staff was friendly and courteous.

Disliked: The A/C in our room sounded like a helicopter. It was awful and the door to the room you could see daylight around it. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

I don’t know where to...

Liked: The location was convenient.
Disliked: So so much. I don’t know where to begin. I don’t know how the hotel can keep their flags as a quality inn brand. They did not operate like a hotel. It was horrific.
