Staff was friendly and courteous.

Disliked: The A/C in our room sounded like a helicopter. It was awful and the door to the room you could see daylight around it. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Disappointing

Liked: The beds was soft and the man at the seat was nice
Disliked: Got a email saying my room was canceled, when I got there the man said they tried to call me several times. I showed him my call list no calls. So try to put me and 2 kids in a one bed. I have a 17 year that’s not going to sleep in the bed with his momma. So offered me a smokers room. I thought you couldn’t smoke in rooms no more: ok he let me check it out and it didn’t stink like smoke. After driving for 6 hrs then going straight to the gym for 2 games. My kids just want to shower and go to bed. The microwave had a whole in the middle of the glass. So couldn’t be used. But the room was clean besides the cigarette holes in the blankets . But they was clean so had to be from before and washed. Then no free breakfast as stated. Just a bad experience.

Disliked: Made it to the location to check in. Upon check in- I was asked for documentation on my service dog. As they do not allow pets. Which is not allowed under the ADA after explaining that to the lady at the front desk she continued to tell me that they could ask for whatever they wanted. Apparently they are above the law. She made it very clear that we were not welcome at their hotel. So I asked for a refund and checked out. Never made it to the room. Horrible- embarrassing experience. I have never felt that way at any other Quailty Location. So we left and went down the road to the Ramada Inn where we were welcomed and stayed the night.

Liked: One room had no hot water....son had to shower in cold. Place is pretty shabby.

Liked: Good location. Good bargain.
Disliked: The bathroom had leaked previously. The tub molding was coming off the floor. Toilet wouldn’t flush well. There was actually water under the floor boards that oozed out Management was very attentive.

Disliked: Breakfast could have been a lot better and the pillow on the bed was awful
