Liked: It was ok, breakfast was good too. The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: 1st day key card wasn't working, but the staff was willing to help anytime we needed room door open. By the next morning, we got the key card.

Liked: I thought the entry was beautiful, especially the chandelier. It was a very inviting welcome from driving the 5+ hours over the bridge. There are drinks (coffee and water) available at the front desk, which is very nice! The continental breakfast was good and had cereal, yogurt, some fresh fruit, lots of drink options, hot food (eggs, sausage and diced potatoes) and you could make your own waffles. The rooms were very nice and the bed firm and comfortable. I loved that the room had a heating and cooling option. We only used the heat since it was winter/springtime.
Disliked: I thought the vacuuming could have been better. I saw stuff on the floor that the vacuum hadn't gotten up. But otherwise the place seemed clean enough. It was a little bit run down, the hallway and ceiling have a little bit of peeling paint and cracks.
