Liked: Loved the location and last minute booking option. Very comfortable beds and loved the to go breakfast.
Disliked: Very loud. The fridge/freezer combo was loud and the door kept clicking like someone was trying to enter all night. Also I believe the hotel houses a lot of unhoused people and there was constant arguing. Even though the hotel is smoke free the smell of cigarettes was very prominent. Maybe if our room wasn't so close to the lobby/main entrance the noise level would have been different.

Liked: The location, cleanliness, accessibility of eateries near by, and the friendliness of the staff.
Disliked: The staff was not able to confirm my reservation and I had to pay full price for my room. Also I did not like that I was able to find a phone number to contact booking.com. I am deleting your app, will never use again, and will be sharing my experience with family and friends.
