Liked: Location and price
Disliked: Room/bathroom wasn't clean. Upholstered chair and floor was filthy. I think the sheets had been changed but after the fact not real confident of that. We will not be staying here again. On previous stays there weren't any issues.

Liked: Newly remodeled room with floor instead of carpet. Clean. Pretty comfortable bed. Larger sized frig was nice.
Disliked: Bathroom counter and sink right when walk into room. Coffee pot on same counter. Heat/AC would not turn off, so had unplug. No TV guide for channels.

Liked: Friendliness of all folks
Disliked: No

Liked: Location is centrally located for Oak Ridge, TN. Price is fair based on the location.
Disliked: The Hotel access cards stop working. Have stayed here many times for 1-2 wks. per trip. Our cards stop working every 2-3 days. Get new cards, walk to room and they don't work. If they do, only 2-3 days and stop again. PITA going to room with no access.

Disliked: worst breakfast ever

Liked: Nothing really spectacular about it.
Disliked: Room looked and felt really old. Small bathroom with rust stains in the tub. The shower head wasn't in the center of the wall enclosure, and the water pressure was poor at best. The room frig was making a clunking sound (had to unplug it to sleep).
