For those who drove to town parking is free of charge. Located just off I-95 the hotel is two miles from Henderson Sports Complex and Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens. The hotel is three miles from Virginia Commons Mall and five miles from the Children's Museum of Richmond and Richmond International Raceway. It is 20 miles from Richmond International Airport and five miles from the Greyhound Bus terminal and the Amtrak train station.

Disliked: Nasty tub..no ice..entrance door unlocked for safety when homeless folks hanging around.

Comfy for stays no longer...

Liked: The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Some of the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: There were multiple buildings and had two levels, there was no elevator so it was very hard to get all of our things into the rooms. We had to make multiple trips to the car instead of being able to roll it on one of the carts all together. Breakfast was very strange. You had to go up front to ask for vouchers to use at the diner connected to the hotel. The vouchers were only for specific items and you had to pay for any substitutions. We also had a very hard time with some of the staff understanding what we were needing. We would ask for different things like extra towels or toilet paper etc and they didn't know what we were saying. They either bring very little of what we asked for or nothing at all. There was no ice in the ice machines.

Liked: staff was friendly rooms well cleaned
Disliked: the homeless people would get in pool in the evening we called front desk they did nothing about their or people drinking alcohol there and some staff would bring their hold family to the pool. I called office twice in one night for the room two doors from us was party smoking weed and alcohol some was under age front desk did nothing

I want be coming back...

Liked: They lied about the breakfast. I had to little children and they only wanted to feed one. The room had only bath towels for two adults. We couldn't get any for the to little ones. Who are one and two year of ages. The lady at front desk was very nasty . The People at River City Diner was the best . so was the food.
Disliked: Better manners in Attitude. Smiles and nice a service

Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: I was in Virginia for a funeral I accidentally booked for the weekend of the 28th but we were there on the 21st. Because of the circumstance I would think they would not charge me for the 28th. I was given one room but still have to pay for the second room
