Plow the parking lot.

Liked: Staff was easy to work with. The room was clean.
Disliked: The shower could have been warmer. The parking lot wasn't plowed. It was rutted and icy.

Not worth the money

Liked: Was not provided a handicapped room as requested. The hotel was loud with children running around later in the evening. Difficult to get on wifi

Liked: Close to my son
Disliked: NO hot water in shower, second time I stay and no hot water in shower, last time I'll stay there
