Disappointing

Good

Horrible experience I would never...

Liked: The only thing I actually liked is the location
Disliked: Our room was so dirty when we checked in we had to go back and get another room. Then our new room was not good. Had holes in the walls, light fixtures hanging, curtains broken. The people next to our room we complained about many times nothing was done they was beating on our door all hours of the night throwing food items over the balcony onto our vehicles. Playing loud music. Worst place I have have stayed!!!!

If you are expecting this...

Liked: The staff were friendly, and when I needed to have my room switched because the shower in the room above was leaking into my own shower, they quickly accommodated me with the new room.
Disliked: The rooms were disgusting. They looked as though they had never been cleaned. Laundry was never taken or replaced, you were just expected to bring your laundry to their laundry room and pick up new towels, wash cloths etc. The 'clean' laundry didn't look or feel very clean either. The phones to call the front desk didn't work. There were dead bugs (some kind of beetle) all over the floor of both rooms i was in. The pool was green every day that I stayed at the hotel. The wifi was very unreliable. The first room I was given, I couldn't figure out why the bath tub was so wet, as though it had just been used and not cleaned-- well not only was it not cleaned, but it turned out there was a large hole in the ceiling above my bathtub, and any time anyone used the shower above me, it leaked into my shower heavily. It was literally a steady stream of water coming through the ceiling like a tap was turned on. Very disgusting, and of course the tub was lined with someone else's hair as well.This facility was absolutely disgusting, little more than a truck-stop motel unfortunately. To my knowledge, breakfast was never served.
