Liked: THE LADY BEHIND THE DESK. PERIOD.
Disliked: We called the hotel to let them know we would be arriving after midnight. That was fine. We got there snd my husband said the water in the bathroom must take a long time to get hot cause the water was cold when he washed his hands. We went to sleep and got up in the morning to shower, only to find out there was NO HOT WATER. I literally had to microwave water a cup at a time to wash up. Then i went downstairs to let the front desk know and overheard another guest complaining that they hadnt had hot water in DAYS. This means he KNEW when i called earlier and PURPOSELY DID NOT TELL US. There was hair in the bathtub and it was filthy. My car is cleaner and more comfortable.

Liked: The rooms weren’t the cleanest but thankfully the beds were and clean and comfy. The staff was very nice! It served its purpose for a quick one night stay. I would stay again just because of the price and for another one night stay.
Disliked: The rooms should be a lot cleaner.

Liked: Very soft blankets and pillows. Actual comforter blankets.
Disliked: Yellow stain on cloth shower curtain next to toilet. Hair on toilet seat and shower. Mirror hadn't been wiped down.

Liked: The location was very convenient for our purpose of travel.
Disliked: It smelled like cigarette smoke and the room wasn’t clean. A dirty towel was on the bathroom floor under the sink area . Some of the pillow cases appeared to have been slept on.

Overall an decent stay, but...

Liked: The hotel was overall clean. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Our room, however, had water stains down the wall from a fire sprinkler. There was also a non-stop dehumidifier separate from the hvac in the room which signaled the possibility of mold to us. Exterior door #3 never locked at any time of the day.
