Don't expect too much and...

Liked: Location was good given we are on a multi-day trip. Everything else was what I'd expect from a 2-star hotel.
Disliked: No parking to accommodate our trailer so we had to use a dirt lot with commercial vehicles. For being "pet-friendly", there is no good place for a dog to potty, so people let them go everywhere.

Value for money!

Good night stay and free...

Liked: Decent room, Pool open all year.
Disliked: The room wasn’t real clean, housekeeper could have done better, dirty towels were in the closet.

Liked: The staff was very kind and accommodating when we decided to leave a day early. They unexpectedly refunded the night so we could get on the road early for medical reasons.
Disliked: The town of Needles is nothing fancy, with little to do, very few food choices, and it’s not a “clean” town. Lots of dispensaries. If you have to be in Needles, I do recommend this hotel though.

OK for a one night...

Liked: Comfortable beds, convenient parking
Disliked: Floor was dirty. We could hear noises coming from the room above us in the middle of the night. Breakfast was very poor. Expected better for the price.
