Very clean; comfortable; staff were very friendly. Cleanest place for the price we have stayed in - will go back again.

Convenient place to stay for...

Liked: Convenient location close to Buffalo downtown and just off the highway, which also means the hotel suffers from the noise coming from the highway traffic. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. Free parking is a bonus.
Disliked: Carpeting in the rooms and the hallways needs to be cleaned or replaced.
