Disliked: Quality inn 6/20-6/22 When we arrived at 7:30 PM at night, the gentleman was helpful but did not mention the Wi-Fi password. The cabinet to the refrigerator could not close so remained open with sharp corners out. We also had no cable or TV in the room because it said no signal. The gentleman upfront requested maintenance but said they were already gone for the night and would come in the morning. Nobody showed up in the morning And then I again called at 4 PM after work and spoke to a lady with glasses and she said the maintenance guy would be right up, ASAP. An hour later, nobody arrived. I then went downstairs where there was a sign saying the receptionist will be back shortly. They were gone for approximately 15 minutes when they came back I mentioned that the maintenance never showed. We also were seeking towels for the pool. Outside at the pool area underneath the umbrella was a wasp’s nest. Not safe! When we left the pool and went back upstairs, we still had no maintenance visits and still no cable at 6:30 PM on the second night. I proceeded to ask the receptionist upfront who was missing again for 10 to 15 minutes, she mentioned that the cable was probably not connected in the back of the TV. I had to pull the dresser out from the wall, find the cable, connected it to the TV and then was granted cable access. I should not have to be a technician while I’m staying at a hotel and paying for the services. I was very dissatisfied and I’m seeking a refund, a full refund.

Disliked: The bathroom had a disgusting smell and the room too. The breakfast needs improvements, the coffee was literally water, the juice machine didn't work either.
