Liked: Staff was very helpful and friendly room was very nice

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The light from outside kept the room bright all night. Shower didn’t work properly, the smell of paint was still present

Superb

Liked: Loved the comfort of the room. No disturbances and very quiet as well. Front desk personal were very friendly and helpful. Renovations are being done at this time but was really out of our way and no problem.
Disliked: There is renovation being done which was a surprise to us. That is the only reason for the 9.

You get what you pay...

Liked: Close to Lackland; low cost; breakfast included
Disliked: I asked front desk to not clean my room, but someone still did. I told them 3x the paper towel dispenser in the mens bathroom didnt work and he said hed fix it. Never got fixed. They lock the parking lot at night and you have to get security to open it. No kleenex in room; no extra roll of TP.
