Quality Inn near Fort Liberty

Liked: the room was supposed to be a nonsmoking room but smelled like old furniture & cigarettes

Liked: Room was very clean-- next time I will request a room not facing the main street. That was the only down fall-- very load cars.

Good shelter for the night

Liked: The evening manager was very cordial and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little sparse. Some of the outlets didn't work.

Liked: I got charged by booking.com told I couldn’t check in by the hotel manager, called customer service wait 3 hours to get a refund, paid the hotel to get a room and still got charged by booking.com aswell so paid twice for a room basically. Very bad experience.

Disappointing

Liked: The room doors are very secured.
Disliked: Well the rooms air conditioning worked but wasn't good. The bathroom sink was clogged. And the bed was not that comfortable at all. You pay for a little quality but do not get it.
