Quality Inn Near City Of Hope

Liked: Close to City of Hope. Other than that (nothing)
Disliked: Our room was dirty, found hairs on the floor throughout the room as well as other debris that were clearly not cleaned from prior guest. The bedding had stains that appeared to be old blood stains that have been bleached. The room smelled old and musty.

Liked: The whole property was disappointing.
Disliked: It's an old shabby motel. The fixtures were old and beat up. The bed was OK but the top sheets and comforter were stained. Not even an ice bucket. At least the fridge was good.

Dont stay here.

Disliked: Furniture in poor shape. Tv didnt work.

Liked: The entire staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Our room was clean and just what we excepted. Had a great trip.

Disliked: I had many issues to the room smelling terrible. There was stains on my towels and on my bed and belted sheets. Staff took a security deposit when I checked in and when I asked for it back i was told me I never paid a deposit just completely not worth it
