We hoped for a clean...

Liked: Location was good, right off the interstate and next to McDonald’s
Disliked: The room had hair all over it, it was disgustingly gross. The tv didn’t work either

Great Room Bad Customer Service

Liked: The beds were comfy close to freeway loved there was no carpet
Disliked: The guy at the front desk was rude and not friendly at allWe waited around 20 mins before being helped rang the bell twice and the phone even rang twice before he came out and by that time there was a line of people behind us.Also pool was closed and the guy told us when we checked in breakfast was 6 to 9 went in around 645 and he told my child they didn't open till 7
