Liked: Convenient
Disliked: The lady at the front desk wouldn’t work with me with the card I had. Canceled my booking went back in 2 minutes later and she said the room was just booked at 1:30 AM

Liked: A Disappointing Stay Despite Some PositivesMy wife and I recently stayed at the Quality Inn over the weekend and, unfortunately, this was our first and last visit. While there were a few positives — such as the very friendly and courteous staff, a bug-free room, and the convenient proximity to Cracker Barrel — the overall experience left much to be desired.Upon entering our room, we were immediately met with a strong musty and moldy odor. As part of our usual routine when traveling, we inspected the mattress and were disturbed to find visible urine stains on the underside. Rather than properly cleaning or replacing the mattress, it had clearly just been flipped to hide the issue. While we did notice that some updates had been made to the room’s interior, they didn’t address the underlying cleanliness and health concerns.We were not the only ones disappointed — friends of ours who were also guests at the hotel had to be moved to a different room after discovering black mold in theirs. Unfortunately, my wife and I woke up every morning with headaches and chest congestion, and we’ve since been diagnosed with respiratory and sinus infections. Our friends also reported similar symptoms.This was a deeply unfortunate experience, and while we appreciate the staff’s kindness, the health risks and lack of proper sanitation are serious concerns. We hope management takes steps to address these issues immediately so no other guests have to go through what we did.
