Disliked: the lady at the front desk when I checked in wasn't very friendly and don't think she knew what she was doing

Liked: The prices. Laura is an amazing woman helped us with any issues.
Disliked: Issues with the TV not letting us do casting so we can watch shows from my phone. And housekeeping not coming we stayed there for 5 days.

Liked: Overall liked the hotel the layout the look.
Disliked: The staff seem to be bothered, deposit taking without reasoning when we try to clarify no one wanted to help. We get an answer after two days and the accusation was false he was not trying to listen or accommodate at all. Customer service is really bad.

We would return

Liked: Safe hotel, polite staff, included "breakfast" left a bit to be desired (many things had run out by 8am, breakfast begins at 7. Unsure if it was lack of staff or lack or resources). Overall, we would return.

Keith deserves a promotion.

Liked: Keith and the General manager are professional, bring top notch customer service! The only situation that was a little frustrating, inability to link my phone up to the TV ,even with using the QR code and wifi for 2 evenings. Overall the hotel staff is amazing, friendly and helpful for any of our questions or concerns.
