It was a great place. It was clean and the clerk was a wonderful person and friendly. I check in at 6pm on 7/22/2016. Will come back.
Liked: The room was clean and the clerk was great (the evening lady).

Liked: breakfast was pretty poor
Disliked: No shampoo in the dispenser,I asked to have it refilled, didnt happen. Grab bar in tub is broken, could be a liability issue

Disliked: The staff was accommodating in the beginning until we informed them about the unclean and insect infestation, ants & bed bugs, the manager was very difficult to deal with. Family members was exposed and bitten by bed bugs!!

Liked: We liked that the property was close to the Event that we were attending.
Disliked: When we first checked in we had to pay a $50 deposit which was not listed on property details, We got a room card without a slip stating what room we were staying in and had to ask what room number we were twice. You cant bring breakfast in your rooms and the breakfast variety was not good. I made waffles and they tasted horrible. No dogs are supposed to be aloud in the hotel besides service dogs and we heard a dog barking at night Friday night through Saturday morning. Bathroom was not clean so I was unable to take a shower throughout the stay and room all together did not look clean along with the walls. We could hear everything the person that was staying next to us was saying and watching. Also NO good food options are around that area youre only choices are Culvers, burger king, McDonalds, and Dunkin and being rated a two star and below. Also Pool was NOT open. All together probably will not being staying again.
